Overview

PRCI’s consulting services are based on years of experience in our service areas. We work with CEOs, upper level managers or founders to develop and implement solutions to changes or issues being faced by a company in its environment.

Our work starts before the contract is signed: First we evaluate whether the problem at hand falls within the scope of our services and expertise. After the feasibility and contractual details we build on our initial assessment to flesh out the scope of the problem in more detail, working closely with our clients.

Typically we follow these steps:

Meet with the CEO and/or upper management to define the issue(s) and clearly articulate the goal.

Break the problem down into logical pieces and set up work plans.

Understand the client’s business by meeting with various members of the client’s organization.

Gather, analyze data, develop hypothesizes and in general start developing ideas about the underlying issues and possible solutions.

Meet with our client’s team to discuss early findings and work together to find solutions drawing on our own experience as well.

Make recommendations formally to an executive group.

Work with our client’s team to implement the recommendations.

Each contract is different and steps may be greater or lesser than described above. However in each case the idea is to set mutually agreed goals and a process to achieve them.
