Philosophy

We believe that any solutions we derive must be realistically implementable within our clients’ organizations. “Executive” solutions i.e. ones that are handed down from the CEO’s office are more likely to be effective in smaller founder-run organizations. As companies grow this approach becomes increasingly ineffective, save for major reorganizations.

PRCI works closely with client teams at each step of the project to define solutions that are "ecological" to that organization. We believe that this comes from the early inclusion of various layers of management in the project team(s) to produce the best results.
